VonKleist Makes Illegal Power Grab for In Plane Site Website, Profits, & Glory

If you’ve seen my last announcement about the 911 In Plane Site website being HIJACKED, then prepare yourselves for some bad news.  The situation just got worse.

In a recent phone conversation I had with Mr. vonKleist, Dave admitted that a contract existed between The Parties (Lewis & vonKleist), but that he no longer wishes to honor the contract.  Wow!  I’ve never heard of that approach before.  Does the same logic apply to bank loans and home mortgages?  Now there’s a contract that everyone would like to break, but we don’t.  Why? – Because it’s morally wrong… and because it’s a felony.

In the past eight months Dave vonKleist has broken three longstanding contracts.  (1.) The 911 Ripple Effect contract, which he had drafted by his attorney; (2.) The 911 In Plane Site contract, and now (3.) our sacred contract of friendship and respect.  I’ve watched Dave do this to other people, but I bought into his lies and believed he was in the right.  I now have to re-evaluate the last four years of our business relationship.  We’re you just using me or were we really friends?

I don’t think Dave has considered that the shockwaves from this fiasco could actually damage the entire 911-Truth movement when it is discovered that one of their own has absolutely no respect for the law.  How can Dave vonKleist point his finger at our elected officials in Washington, DC when he himself is currently engaging in behavior that mimics the actions of the very people that he wishes to single out for reproach?

What’s not known yet is whether these deceitful actions will be tolerated within the 911-Truth movement.  Credibility and integrity are essential in Dave’s line of work and he just lost all of it – at least with me.  Dave told me a few years ago, “If you don’t have credibility, how can you be trusted?”  Now I ask Dave,  “How can YOU be trusted?”

The 911-Truth movement is no different than our current political system in Washington.  We cannot allow the corruption of individuals within our movement to hinder this cause.  They are like weeds in your front lawn.  They must be weeded out or they take over the entire garden.  Our movement needs leaders who are honest and whose record backs up their stated position.

Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury, Dave knew.  He knew that Joyce was planning a takeover of the 911 In Plane Site website and actually participated in the whole deception.  He has willfully abandoned two longstanding contracts for projects that have propelled him head first into the 9/11 Truth arena and his only offer at a solution is for me to sue them.  What the hell is he thinking?  Does he really think that he and his wife are above the law?  Apparently, he does, since he is shamefully provoking a lawsuit.

The only silver lining I can offer is that as a result of this website hijacking, we have quickly moved forward to get a new and better website up and running.

Best of all, you can go to the website and watch In Plane Site at no cost.  I put the whole thing up there.  Everyone spread the word.  We will not let OUR movement be HIJACKED!
